I bring to you decades of fitness experience. As well as being a fully qualified personal trainer (with level 3 nutrition) and exercise referral instructor, I'm also a level four specialist exercise instructor in the field of managing low back pain.
What was my background? I began in Thai boxing, in my teen years which sparked a passion for fitness training. Fitness instruction is not just a career, it is a passion helping people to get their fitness aims reached and living healthier and happier lives!

Low back pain is prevalent across society, from sedentary careers to heavy manual careers. Back pain is the second largest cause of being absent from work.
Even bad exercise technique can be the cause of low back pain. At Graham Fit Personal Training I provide specialist training to manage and improve back pain.
I assess your condition and work with you to develop a programme of sessions. Exercise is beneficial for low back pain, managing and alleviating pain, encouraging you to take control of your health condition.

SO WHAT WILL YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION INVOLVE?
All sessions are tailored to your fitness goal, with personalised programming beginning at your current level of fitness.
A session will typically consist of a warm up, a main workout and a cool down.
Sessions use portable fitness gear such as a medicine ball, resistance bands, a mat, aerobic bar and bodyweight exercises.
I also draw on my experience and incorporate high intensity exercise such as pad work. This is boxing style fitness, which is one hundred percent safe as it is non contact.
Workouts can be at your home, a space outdoors you may have, at work or your local park.
