OUTDOOR AND HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
SO WHAT'S INVOLVED WITH A ONE TO ONE SESSION?
All sessions are tailored to your goal, personalised programming.
I come to you, as a mobile personal trainer and generally sessions do not require any major equipment, consisting of a warm up, a main workout involving sets and reps, a cool down and stretching.
Often your session will use portable fitness gear such as a medicine ball, resistance bands, a mat, small cast iron kettlebells etc.
I also draw on my experience and can incorporate higher intensity exercise such as pad work. This is boxing style fitness, safe and non contact.
Workouts can be at your home, a space outdoors you may have, at work or your local park.
