This is a really versatile exercise, and again, can be done virtually anywhere! With everybody in 'lockdown' at the moment with coronavirus there are loads you can do at home to maintain your body.
Chest presses are often done on a bench of some description, but you can still do them on the floor. These are great for focusing the mind as well as working your chest, shoulders, triceps and keeping your joints active.
The weight does not have to be heavy, if you don't have any purpose made weight then improvise! What do you have in your home? Remember train safely!
Breathe in on the descending action and out on the exertion phase (press), as this assists power.
