With the new 'lockdown' restrictions, I continue to remain open and have continued training clients since the first breakout of coronavirus. Training remains unaffected but is simply adapted.
I was the first personal trainer in York to implement a ten metre apart distance with no physical contact at the first 'lockdown'. As we are now in a new state of urgency again, it is and always has been my job to keep clients safe.
From now I am implementing the ten metre distance rule as two metres is simply not enough.
All portable equipment, is cleaned before items are picked up and the only training technique omitted from sessions at the moment is padwork. Due to close proximity.
One to one training has always been permitted during the pandemic and that is showing no signs of changing! All my sessions since the beginning of coronavirus have taken place outdoors. Safe and distanced.
Are you that busy professional who needs that fitness goal reached? Do you have that hectic schedule and need the workout to fit around you? As a mobile personal trainer, sessions are available on most green spaces during covid.....
